These products have been proven effective to help posture, and sitting and standing balance through evidenced base research. A case study and larger study of children with down syndrome has proved positive for increased standing and stepping ability. Individual case studies for other diagnosis such as cerebral palsy have proven effective as well. the ‘rowing” T bar is nice for bilateral use of the arms and hands as well as symmetrical use of the trunk/sitting and standing in midline.
